Besides the courses directly related to PM & IR, the Program also includes a series of courses in various functional areas of management. Being a specialized Program it does not provide for further specialization. Students choose an appropriate mix of elective courses according to their preferences. Graduates of this Program are qualified for executive positions in Human Resources Development, Personnel Management, industrial Relations, Labour Welfare and other related areas.
